OUR STORY

Rob Hall was first licensed as a private investigator in 1991. He spent his early career conducting surveillance and working undercover in a variety of companies and workplaces detecting theft, illegal drug usage and dealing and abuse to customers or patients. In 1995 he launched his own agency Robert Hall Investigations LLC where he focused on legal investigations and criminal defense. He has investigated hundreds of cases on behalf of defense counsel including sexual assault, battery and homicide.  In 2003 he left the industry to pursue other ventures and spend time with his family.

Rob relocated to Florida and in 2018 decided to reenter the private investigation industry. He formed Black Swan investigations Inc as a general investigative firm. He continues to focus on criminal defense and personal injury investigations while his company is equipped to handle any type of case locally or globally.

Rob has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice and is a graduate of the National Criminal Defense Investigation Academy. He is certified as a Criminal Defense Specialist. He also holds the Florida Board Certified Investigator designation and is one of less than 50 of Floridas almost 7,000 licensed investigators to do so. He is a Notary Public and active member of the National Association of Legal Investigators, National Defender Investigator Association and the Florida Association of Licensed Investigators.
