WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS?

Payments can be made by cash, check or major credit cards. Please note no investigation is undertaken prior to a retainer being received.

HOW WILL THE RESULTS OF MY INVESTIGATION BE DELIVERED?

Reports and media can be delivered in person, via postal mail, email, text, cloud based file sharing or phone.

WHAT GEOGRAPHIC AREA DO YOU COVER?

We are based in Clearwater, Florida and our primary focus is the Tampa Bay area. We do conduct investigations in other states as license reciprocity allows. We work with a vast network of investigators across the country and around the world and can complete investigations or provide referrals virtually anywhere in the world.

WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION?

Every effort is made to answer calls 24 hours a day. When this isn't possible please leave a message and your call will be returned promptly by a licensed investigator than can answer any questions you may have.
